The Waffenträger: Paradox Event Summary

Asymmetric Battle
When fighting as a Harrier, disable the Blitzträger's shield and destroy the vehicle. When fighting in the Blitzträger, survive until the time runs out and the Harriers retreat.
Keys for the Blitzträger
Each battle in the Blitzträger requires one Key, which can be obtained in special event missions, the Progression, or special bundles from the Store.
Rewarding Progression
Earn valuable rewards by completing Progression Stages. You can advance through them by collecting Tokens from special event missions.
Paradoxmoduls
Paradoxmoduls will drop valuable rewards, including Premium vehicles. They can be earned for completing missions and certain Progression Stages, or found in bundles in the in-game Store.

The initial battle time is 6 minutes, with each captured Generator increasing the battle time by 1 minute, up to a maximum of 12 minutes. Overtime can additionally increase the battle time by roughly 45 seconds and can be triggered once per Generator when the time runs out.

Harriers

Harriers hunt with one core principle—pack behavior. The Blitzträger cannot be defeated single-handedly. Victory lies in coordination and cooperation with your teammates.

You will have the following four special vehicles to choose from in the event Garage:

  • The Pojistka, a mid-range support vehicle
  • The Resistor, a versatile multi-role tank
  • The Thunderbolt, a slow tank with decent turret and frontal armor and a formidable gun
  • The Foudre, a speedy tank with an autoloader that sacrifices armor and survivability for greater dynamics

Each of the four Harriers has a different strategy. The Thunderbolt and Resistor focus on taking out groups of Sentinels quickly, while the Foudre and Pojistka are better suited to engaging or distracting the Blitzträger.

Try them all and choose the one that suits you best.

How to Play

Defeating the Blitzträger is not easy—it's not only a battle against overwhelming odds, but also against time. Be sure to stay together with other Harriers to maximize your efficiency on the battlefield.

Take out Generators

Don't engage the Blitzträger directly. Clear and overcharge the Generators first to bring down its shield.

Hunt the Sentinels

You can clear out the Sentinels protecting Generators at any time—especially when the Blitzträger is licking its wounds. It's an investment for the future.

Seize the Moment

Generators add battle time, but don't forget to deal as much damage as you can to the Blitzträger when they are down. You might not get another chance!

Plan Ahead

Keep an eye on Hyperion's status. Stay on your toes and anticipate when and where the deadly superweapon will strike.

Become Stronger

Overcharge Generators and collect Plasma to gain a considerable bonus to firepower. However, this bonus is reset on destruction, so survive as long as you can.

Watch the Time

Destroy the sixth and final Generator to permanently disable the shield on the Blitzträger and finish it off. But if the timer runs out with the Blitzträger still operational, Max von Krieger wins.


Always keep in mind that the Blitzträger auf E 110 can charge Hyperion to strike from any point of the map, and it can also teleport to a selected point on the map (with some delay). When the protective shield disappears, Teleportation and Hyperion become temporarily unavailable, and after the destruction of the sixth Generator, these abilities are locked.

Harriers' Missions

Completing the Harriers' missions will reward you with Tokens to fill the event Progression meter, as well as 2D сustomization elements, Battle Pass Points, and a Key that allows you to play in the Blitzträger auf E 110. There are three unique Harriers' missions for introduction in this event and nine additional ones which will be available only after the completion of the introductory missions.

Blitzträger auf E 110

To ride in the mighty Blitzträger auf E 110, you need a special Key. There are several ways to get them, as follows:

  1. Complete a special mission in Random Battles (available once per account) to earn one Key. The mission will be available on September 17 at 03:00 PT | 05:00 CT | 06:00 ET and will remain active until September 22 at 03:00 PT | 05:00 CT | 06:00 ET. You need to win five Random Battles in vehicles of Tier IV and higher and be among the top 5 on your team by XP earned.
  2. Complete Harriers' missions.
  3. Reach certain milestones of the event's main Progression meter.

Keys will also be available as free gifts in bundles in the Premium Shop during the event.

If the queue time to enter battle is too long, or if the number of players in the Blitzträger is insufficient, the matchmaker may allow you to play in the Blitzträger auf E 110 even if you don't have Keys.

There will be no compensation for unused Keys when the event ends on September 30 at 03:00 PT | 05:00 CT | 06:00 ET.

A shot that causes considerable damage to enemy vehicles. There are five shots in the magazine and it's always available. A reliable partner.

A charge of energy that covers the entire area around the vehicle. Completely disables all enemies in the impact area and causes damage to those closest. Passes through all obstacles and stops Harriers overcharging generators.
Teleportation

Allows the vehicle to teleport to a selected point on the map after a brief delay. Operating the vehicle is impossible during preparation. Teleportation is canceled when a Generator is destroyed.
Hyperion
Hyperion
Fires pulses of pure energy at the targeted area. Within seconds, nothing will be left standing. It is charged by causing damage, but can be stopped when a Generator is destroyed.

The Eos 1 emits a constant electricity charge, energizing allies around it and increasing their reload speed. It also enables the Blitzträger to use EMP Arrow and EMP Burst while its shield is down.

When the Eos 1 reaches an undefended Generator, Ermelinda will reactivate its shield for as long as she is close to it. This renders that Generator untouchable by Harriers until she moves elsewhere or is forced to leave.

How to Play

In the Blitzträger, you are the hunter as well as the hunted. Hiding won't save you—you need to protect your energy sources and fight together with your Sentinels. Remember that the Harrier Squad stands no chance against you while the Generators are active. This is the time to trap them and prevent them accumulating too much Plasma. Take out their strongest first!

Protect Your Sentinels

Sentinels are the health of your Generators. Protect all three Generators for as long as possible to prevent the Harriers from gaining the upper hand.

Be Everywhere and Nowhere

Change positions quickly! Don't let yourself get cornered without your shield.

Saving Grace

Charge your superweapon, Hyperion, by causing damage to the Harriers. Unleash it to take out far-away enemies and protect your Generators on several fronts.

Stop Their Momentum

Take down enemies to remove their Plasma charge and send them into respawn. Go for the mightiest enemy first!

Not Alone Anymore

Your daughter Ermelinda will support you on the battlefield in her Eos 1. Either split up or stay together in the right moments to maximize your potential. By using Teleportation you can group up, save her, or readjust her patrol.

Completing the Engineer's missions will earn you Tokens, bonds, credits, and 2D customization elements.

The Blitzträger auf E 220: A Rare-Yet-Coveted Opponent

The Blitzträger auf E 220 has the same stats as the E 110, but it features a unique camouflage pattern so you can easily identify it. This is a vehicle that only certain Wargaming employees and content creators can unlock. You may encounter it on certain special days.

Additional Daily Missions

Three additional daily missions will be available to those who have completed all 20 Stages of the event's Progression. You can complete these missions playing either as an Engineer or as a part of the Harrier Squad and they will award you Battle Pass Points, credits, 2D customization elements, and a Key to play in the Blitzträger auf E 110.
