Vehicle Description

This vehicle's top speed is higher than that of other Shermans. However, its dynamics are a little poorer. At the same time, the frontal armor plate is capable of repelling a shell or two, and the wide tracks allow for crossing any soft terrain without losing much speed.

Historical Reference

Work on this experimental vehicle started in March 1943. Two prototypes were built by July. The vehicle passed trials, but was never mass-produced or used in action.
