New Achievement System: Enhancing Your World of Tanks Experience

Over the years, World of Tanks has accumulated a wealth of content, making tracking your tanking career's accomplishments and future goals challenging. Our new Achievement System, now available for testing, is designed to help dedicated players effectively monitor their in-game progress and establish clear objectives. Initially focusing on vehicles—a core aspect of the game—this system categorizes achievements into various sections:

  1. Vehicle type: Records all your vehicles, including researchable, Premium, reward, and collectible types.
  2. Vehicle nation: Tracks your progress in researching vehicles from different nations.
  3. Customization galore: Logs all your 2D/3D styles and progressive decals.
  4. In-game Trophies: A special category of achievements, the Trophy section, documents achievements related to vehicles from notable events, rewards, and progressions that are no longer available.

Achievement Rewards

As you progress through the Total Vehicle Count achievement steps, you'll unlock exclusive animated Dog Tags. Each Achievement Point earned contributes to your overall Achievement Score, allowing you to evaluate your success and compare it with fellow tankers.

Onslaught: Claim and Test Your Rewards!

For testing purposes, players from the EU region can select their rewards in the Onslaught 2023-2024 final Season. These rewards are available for eligible players, based on the EU live server progress captured at the time of their account transfer to CT on April 30, 2024, at 20:00 UTC. From improved equipment (including the brand-new Innovative Targeting) to the exclusive X Hurricane , you can choose and test these rewards in battle. However, remember that the list of reward recipients is still subject to revisions—we'll exclude cheaters and violators of game rules after additional verification.

Frontline and Beyond: Return of the Well-Known Game Mode

Anticipate further excitement with the upcoming launch of Frontline this summer! Our epic mode returns with the familiar rules of the dynamic battle scenarios system.

Main Changes

New Achievement System

A new achievement system has been added to the game, which takes into account the player's progress in collecting vehicles and customization. Completing achievements earns players achievement points, which reflect their overall progress in the system.

As part of the achievement system, an Achievement Catalog has been added, which shows all available and upcoming achievements for completion. The Catalog displays overall progress on achievements and their categories. Four categories have been added:

  1. Vehiclesdisplays progress by vehicle type and the presence of vehicles on the player's account. It includes vehicles available in the player's Garage and vehicles researched in national Tech Trees.
  2. Nationalshows progress by branches within nations' Tech Trees. For vehicles from Tiers I through V, two unique achievements can be obtained for each nation. For Tier VI and higher vehicles, personalized achievements earned in branches are awarded.
  3. Customizationshows progress in collecting 2D styles, 3D styles, and progressive decals.
  4. Trophies—A special category of achievements, the Trophy section, documents achievements related to vehicles from notable events, rewards, and progressions that are no longer available.

Achievements are divided into two types: regular and cumulative. Regular achievements require one condition to be fulfilled and grant +10 achievement points. Cumulative achievements, on the other hand, require a series of achievements/conditions to be completed and grant +50 achievement points upon completion.

As a reward for player progression through the achievement system's Total Vehicles category, new animated Dog Tags will be available, featuring embedded ranks, with even the highest available rank having its own presentation animation during the pre-battle countdown.

Each new animated Dog Tag also has its unique rank:
